Will there be a delay in release of results online?

Can we still apply for 'Enquiry of Result' (remark) at this time and how can I proceed?
Because our offices are temporarily closed due to the directives from the Sudanese government, effective 15 March 2020. We are currently to process an Enquiry of Result now, but once we are open you can apply for it.
Would the current closure affect the timeline for 'Enquiry of Result' (remark) application?
Please note that the timeline for processing Enquiry of Result remains unchanged. If you have requested for a re-marking no later than six weeks after the test date, but before the Covid-19 and office closure.
Your result will normally be available in 2 to 21 days, depending on several factors including the number of sections requested for a remark. If you have not received a response after 28 days, please email us email@example.com.
I want to apply for Enquiry of Result (remark) after Covid-19.
You will be able to apply after the office is open, the restricted time limit (six weeks), will be waived due to office closure.
